Vermont slate comes in many guises, both in colour and characteristics. The un-fading green from the New England Slate quarries are of unquestionable quality. The slates are produced from slate beds laid down in the same Cambrian era as the world renowned Welsh Penrhyn slate. This medium thickness of 7/8mm provides a true green roof of truly spectacular aesthetics.

Vermont Natural Green Slate

The Vermont slate is fully compliant under B.S. EN12326-1:2004 as W1,T1,S1 also achieving the S1 of the American ASTM. C406.
